How can I be sure my information is secure and
confidential? |

You are in complete control of access to your personal
information. As a registered candidate, your personal
particulars will be anonymous to all recruiters and external
parties.
Recruiters may be able to view only your skills and
experiences to determine the level of match with their
job openings. Only when you decide to apply for a job
position, will your particulars be revealed to the recruiter. |

Is it compulsory for me to post my resume? |

You are encouraged to upload your resume during the
registration process, although it is not compulsory for
you to do so.
You also have the option to post more than one resume.
For instance, you can customize different resumes for
submission to different recruiters. |

Certainly. You may use the Resume Wizard, an intuitive
and easy-to-use tool to create a resume quickly and effortlessly. |

Am I able to specify myself as a passive job seeker? |

There are 3 categories of job seeking status to select
- active, passive and "do not match".
Active job seekers are those who are constantly searching
for new job opportunities. This group of candidates
may be targeted by recruiters, as they are likely to
make a career switch once they find their ideal job.
If you are a passive job seeker, you are also likely
to be targeted by recruiters, even though you are not
actively looking for a career switch. So even if you
are not deliberately searching for jobs, you may still
be targeted by prospective employers if your profile
matches their requirements.
The third option is not to be matched with any position,
and therefore your profile will not be matched to any
prospective recruiter. |

The beauty of the Internet is such that you are able
to access any day, any time to make changes. Do remember to keep
your profile and resume updated, so that our Job Matching

Can I attach my company logo to the job postings? |

Yes, you can attach your company logo in JPEG ("jpg"
or "jpeg") file format. Your jpeg file should
ideally have resolution of 300 dpi and above.
You may choose to upload your company logo yourself
by accessing your account, or simply send it to us by
e-mail (advertising@headlinejobs.hk)
and we will upload it for you. |

Do you accept job postings from overseas advertisers? |

Certainly. We welcome enquiries from overseas advertisers
who wish to post their jobs in to recruit. |

Once I post a job, can I de-activate the posting
when I have found a candidate to fill the position? |

Each Job posting has a duration of 30 days. If you have
found a candidate to fill the position advertised before
the expiry date of the job posting, simply log in to your
account and expire your job posting. |

How do I select a candidate? |

Once your job posting is saved into ,
our Job Matching engine starts working immediately to
match suitable candidates to your job requirements.
When you log in using your username and password, you
will be shown a list of qualified candidates that are
graded according how well they match your job requirements. |
